LLK has developed the LLK RADEC VISION Computer Vision system, completely non-contact with the conveyor and free of moving parts, in which a camera and an optical system are installed to reliably monitor the belt in an industrial environment. Thus, the system monitors the position of the belt edges and promptly detects tearing and misalignment defects, with fully configurable alarm parameters.

The LLK RADEC VIBRATIONAL is a system without moving parts for detecting tears in conveyor belts. The system measures the impact of material detached from tears or loose strips with the structure of the system. Thus, the concept of mechanical vibration analysis is used to detect and alarm, through specific frequency and amplitude bands, the problems of tears and loose strips in belts.

The LLK VOLUMETRIC SCALE is a system for measuring materials transported on belts. It can be used to measure ores, lumps, bulk (organic or not) and others. The LLK Volumetric Scale is able to measure, in a versatile and robust way, the volume of material transported, providing information in accumulated and instantaneous value. It is ideal for production control, measuring the quantity produced and controlling inputs and outputs of material in process steps.

LLK has developed an analysis system using a computer vision algorithm using image triangulation, capable of counting the balls (grinding elements and ball mill) and a dimensional analysis classifying the balls according to their diameter.

For automation of level measurement in dams, piezometers are installed in existing holes. These sensors are interconnected to communication radios, or other communication architectures, where the measured values will be transmitted to a central and consequently made available for implementation in the customer's network. LLK also provides the solution with options for solar panels, batteries or other types of energy generation for system autonomy in the field.
